Well you're welcome to browse all of my art, seeing as all artists are referenced. I have the best luck finding artists through Twitter, but I'll stumble on some occasionally through FA. I can specifically recommend okun on here, seeing as they do phenomenal work for extremely reasonable prices. Mind I ask, do you think I should change Sarah a bit? Like change the hair a bit and give her a more scute lined body like Liatris has or do you think she looks fine as it is? Also do you think she would need clothes, that is something I have been considering since the reference is a bit revealing but I'm not the best at fashion. ^^;

I think she looks great! I don't have clothes in Lia's ref sheet and I don't ever really plan to because fashion isn't my thing either. It's all in what you like though. A lot of people like to design outfits for their OCs and showcase those, whereas I like to design scenarios for my OC and showcase that. If there ever is a need for her to have clothes, I just leave that up to the artists or request something simple. I think Sarah's cute as is, but I'm no expert in character design haha. You just do what YOU like and think looks best. Also, it never hurts to ask for artists' suggestions when commissioning them, which is something I do often since they know way more than me. Hope this helps!
