I had this idea a while ago of an intimidating, kinda buff tempest which I sketched out weeks back and decided tonight to sit down and line, colour + shade in an hour to keep myself from overthinking / obsessing over trying to get it exactly right. It worked pretty well - this is not quite how I'd normally finish a piece but honestly I'm pretty pleased with it.
