GOOD MORNING!
GOOD MORNING!
GOOD MORNING!
This song is called the Too Fat Polka
I've learned about it during my time intensively playing World of Warcraft!

original by Arthur Godfrey
EDIT: I've made some mistakes here with the singing roles, so this will eventually be replaced with a more proper version in the future.
if ANY SINGERs want to join in on a collab here, I'll be open for it.
Or.. or if ANY CLARINET PLAYER wants to play a solo on an extended version... I would send a flipping bouquet of flowers their way!!

Das lied heißt: Too Fat Polka.

Hmm, I'm thinking that you mean sort of my natural accent?
German is my mother tongue.
I've got examples here, if you may:

(that's how I would naturally tackle english songs - i sound rather american there, i guess)

(meanwhile I dislike my choice of timbre there. At around 0:55 you can roughly hear my regular talking voice.)

That's interesting. I have a general interest in languages and accents or any sort.
With most people, audio contributions, videos and such if naturally am primarily focus on the subject matter. But from time to time some weird sounding accent strikes me and I feel like I have to research that on its own.:3
Thank you for taking the time - listening through all that.

not a problem...
funny story - I once did the choreography for the sword fighting in the opera Romeo and Juliet. The opera people were wonderful and took me in as one of their own. (I'm glad I was sitting down when they began singing while swinging their swords.) One day they had a 'friends of the opera' gathering with a light buffet, and this one old fellow comes to sit next to me and begins a conversation about 'perfect pitch'. I remember his look when I explained I did not sing, but was only a sword fighter.

funny indeed. It happened to me, too. But I guess I was the old man.^^
Sometimes you can get so enthusiastic about something that you get easily deceived.
These deceptions are mostly just based on miscommunication, I think - though sometimes it's intentional. :-/
Edit: A TEDtalk comes to mind here - loosely related, but very good.

You can say that. I though you icon was an altered version of a Zelda character somehow. ^.^
Thank you. I can't take credit for the instrumental, because it was yoinked. Initially I didn't like it that much, but then I found it quite nice for what I was going to do with it. If I had the original arrangement of Arthur Godfrey, i couldn't have done it justice.
I thought, if I'm gonna do this why not play around with accents. I hoped it would add to the entertainment value.
10 of 10 Gnomes approve this? Yay!
That doesn't leave even an old Tauren Druid cold. :3
This was just made for funsies.

Not exactly, I guess. ^.^
I suppose with creating stuff you mean writing and composing?
My own way of composing has changed alot during the last years. In early times i've spent much more time writing sheet music and arranging instruments around melodies.
Nowadays more and more ideas manifest on accoustic guitar in the first place. I don't know when I've spent the last time dabbling around with a note editor. I miss it sometimes.
Covers on the other hand can give you practice in many ways, enhance your repertoire and are fun to do. But they are not always creative and you always get compared to a probably much apter artist.
