Well, seems like I've done so many uniforms, someone actually asked me to redesign a uniform from scratch for a fictional setting they're creating!

Alright, I'll give the answers here:
Boots, Pants, shoulder straps - Soviet Union officer
Belt, Belt strap- German SS Guard
Collar, Uniform color - British officer
Collar decoration, arm decoration - Heer General Dress uniform, simplified
Jacket (excepting collar) - Standard issue for the German Army, but with two pockets instead of four
Of course these can be found in more than one country's army, I'm just enumerating the references I used :)
