Oh you did not see him in that "Serious" Scooby-Doo series a few years ago where we learned that the good Doctor Quest (with the whole crew) rebuilt him from a critically injured guard dog (Blue Falcon, who was portrayed more like "The Dark Knight", was his handler). He had those rocket launchers and more and actually kicked ass. He also did not bumble as much.
