Her name is Rio (and she dances on the sand), who’s Venus’ older sister.
Her full name is Rio "Mercury" Martìnez Barela Valencia Flores Viola.
Or just Rio Viola.
Like Venus, she also possesses the ability to use siren-like abilities and mind control people. However, Rio’s ability is significantly more potent, and is able to fry the brains and deafen the ears of her victims. She is incredibly dangerous, but refuses to abuse her powers (unlike Venus) unless needed to.
Almost as if she’s the opposite of her sister, Rio is a prestigious business woman, taking control of the managerial duties for Venus. She doesn’t have a lot of things she finds “fun” and is disgusted by Venus’ music. However, she continues to do it for the family business. And all the sweet money.
She also has a better grasp on English and isn’t as painfully Latina as Venus is.
