Here's a reference for Kieran's monster form. She's the size of a refrigerator and is covered in soft fur. The fur on her back is interspersed with sharp quills. She has a tear-drop shaped pouch that is normally obscured by fur. Her pouch is almost never visible, at most a divot in her fur. Her pouch is lined with soft fur. She stores her phone, her ipad and various snacks inside her pouch. It's not uncommon to see her reach into her pouch and come out with handfuls of empty candy wrappers. Her insides and eyes subtly glow. Her tail spikes are covered in a soft and velvet-like fur. She does not have any hard scales like a reptile.
