pretty, cool design and yeah the lil hamster hands are cute

The body construction is very notable, with big strong (and fluffy! Hehe...) chest and eastern twist to his midsection... It's lovely how you defined the jaws, nostrils and eyes, the flow of lighter and darker color really create the fine volume there... Hamster hands? Well, they suit its intricate and unusual design well. The tail feathers are a very nice touch indeed, as well as the plume feathers on the head... although those would be a trick to have in control in flight! I guess plumes like that are mostly characteristic to the non-flying (or limited flying) birds. Oh well, they really add to the character a lot, so don't mind this little comment! ^^;

The washed brown and white color palette, with the quite sudden blue hands and hind legs fingers is unusual too, most of the dragons out there seem to be following the "chromatic" standard set by the fantasy/RP books, so it's a lovely change. The volume of fluff on the mane, chest and back is outstanding, and the feathers on the wing and tail look really vivid as well.

Very nice! It really needs more attention!
