A portrait sketch after a photo I took of a good friend's daughter, age 3. Just scribbled within 15 Minutes, I'm not good at drawing humans :/
Yeah, I'd need a lot of practice, I suppose. *sigh* the angle of her mouth is really hard, I've worked it over, it already looks off on the photo, maybe I'll resketch it or will try to turn this into a really gray-shaded portrait, painted digitally. I'm not sure, but if I was better at human faces I know her parents would love such a portrait of their daughter. Or at least I think they would.

Humans are a pain to draw, they have such funky faces, and hands are EVIL. And hey, give it some practice! I'm sure they would indeed like a portrait, that's not a common gift so it would be even more special. I think it came out fairly well, at least better than *I* could do. :)
