After saving Rorwarr's life from the hands of Imperial Remnant slavers on the planet Herios IV, Kelruun is approached by the lumbering wookiee, who shows blatant disregard for the privacy of personal hygiene practices in doing so. No words are shared between the Academy student and the shaggy hunter, yet an unspoken bond is formed between them, as the wookiee shows his willingness in protecting Kelruun, to fulfill his life-debt to the reptilian Jedi.
I wasn't fond of the Solo movie. Though the shower scene between Han and Chewbacca (spoiler-but-not-a-spoiler) made my heart skip a beat, I honestly don't think we needed a shower scene of Han and Chewie in the Star Wars films, especially since in the end it was played off as just a moment for comedy. The scene was too straight for me to enjoy, and too gay for the average movie-goer to laugh at. That was my impression.
...anyway, enough of my ranting. I'll stop doing artsy stuff and go back to just showing pure muscle eventually, don't worry.

One's a fairly muscular lizard-like man alien, and the other's a hunk of rippling, perfectly sculpted muscular bigfoot/sasquatch-esque gorilla; hidden under a coat of shaggy fur that only in shower-conditions like this, is rendered matte, and reveals that hulking bod beneath...!
............sure, I know what you mean!!

I'd love to see more of that reptilian! He looks the nicest out of the reptilian characters I've seen in your gallery so far, in my opinion. :3
Also, quick question, what program do you use for your renders? This looks like Daz but I could be mistaken. I'd love to learn how to make my own morphs to use there.

Hey, many thanks for that compliment!! And yeah, I definitely spent a lot of time working and re-working him to get his smooth looks; Chistori is the Star Wars race for him here, but I'm definitely using him as a template for future lizardmen (and I already have!)
And though that may have been a quick question, gosh I'm giving you a slow answer, aren't I?! Sorry for the belated response, but yes! DAZ Studio it is! I don't make my own morphs, but I do use my own textures and a few tricks here and there (like disabling limits on parameters, letting me use 'inverted morphs' for different shapes). I'll try to forward you a message I put together for someone else a while back if you want me to, just sharing the basics on the products/assets I use, though I don't have any tutorials or anything written up.

I'd absolutely love to learn more how various artists use Daz to create some of the stunning renders them make. I find it a very underrated program because it can also be extremely powerful to create good concepts without spending a lot of time modeling and rigging from scratch. I can't find many tutorials for it, especially not for beastly characters, so any sort of advice or assistance you could give me would be wonderful and highly appreciated! Go ahead and give as long an answer as you'd like, or you could just send me a note to continue the discussion there. :D
D'aww man—well thanks a ton for that; that's a huge compliment and I really appreciate it...!!
It was definitely the tenderness of the moment, that was playing in my mind when I put this
together. Definitely the primary emotion I wanted to convey. So I'm delighted to hear that's the
vibe you get out of it, and invite you to come back to it as many times as you'd like! As I work
through a really busy beginning to 2019, I'm constantly looking for some opportunities to get
back to rendering stuff more often, and I think I'd like to aim to share works similar to this for
sure. Sadly my overall Star Wars mood has kind of died recently, but if it stokes back up, I'll
definitely continue some stories with this duo, and more.
Cheers again buddy!!
