The monster Kigurumiko is a Sailor Moon monster, who put her victim/s in her pouch and dressed them up in silly kangaroo outfits.
My take on her is a bit more... diaperiffic... and now, well, now I'm out to give someone or other a bip bop with my boxing gloves and bring them back to momma Kigurumiko for them to get their own cute suit!
