Strays aren't an uncommon thing in Serena's line of business but she can't take in every one she sees. But That doesn't mean she doesn't have a heart. She brings them into her store to feed and rest up while she calls the correct people to come to take care of them. Serena is a big advocate of organisations that look to give animals a forever home.

Which brings me to a personal message. If you are ever thinking of getting a pet, think about looking to the shelters first. There are so many abandoned animals looking for a second chance for a place they can call home, and have a family that will love them unconditionally. There are so many that have been neglected and mistreated and they all deserve a chance to live out their days in happiness. So as much as getting a puppy would be exciting, consider adopting from the shelters first. Because no animal deserves to live their life out in a pound with one outcome ahead of them.
