Eri is a visitor from beyond one of the wormholes that seem to be popping up everywhere. A fusion between a delphox and salazzle, Eri one day found herself and her master (a rubbery, shiny Ho-oh) tumbling through space and time to land on an island chain where pokemon breeding is restricted to something called "egg groups." Curious, the two set out to explore their new realm.

Though the salphox still retains the type matchup of fire and psychic, her variation from either parent species comes in how her psychic, fire, and poison abilities mesh. The type of "perfume" that wafts from the soft, silvery fur sinks into those around her and incites a sense of relaxation and even euphoria when the concentrations get high enough. It also serves to lower their mental defenses, making them more open to the thoughts, emotions and feelings the mischievous little pokemon tends to insert. True to her salazzle side, Eri has a tendency to use this to lure males and females of every species to her.

Hermaphroditic, the salphox has both the pheromone composition and the equipment to make good use of those she draws in and her loose genetic coupling means she can produce an egg with almost any pokemon.

The only creature she doesn't think about seducing is her owner. Rather than serve from a pokeball, Eri follows her rubbery Ho-oh master around on foot, proudly showing off her metal anklet to any who comment on it or think to make her theirs. The legendary fire type fused it around her leg and she couldn't think of having it removed.
