well, no adult naughty stuff I am afraid, but a piece of work of Kashy lifting 5 ton for a light morning exercise. afterward, he will enjoy a meal of a hearty steak, fried green beans in spicy and creamy tangy sauce and an egg scramble with cheddar cheese and grill onion and peppers.
