New reference for Kyuss.
He has now lost all his tattoos. Im trying to make some slight changes on some of my characters to move them even closer to being wild rats (hence Jester losing his longer hair). I couldn't explain knuckle tattoos on a rat, nor tattoos on fur, so they went.
Otherwise, he's all the same, perhaps a tad slimmer than he was at one point!
Talks, acts like and is a ratty version of this man:

Kyuss was taken from his home in the desert, where he was a stud buck, and given to Beck laboratories due to becoming aggressive toward other rats.
At the lab, was used in hypothermia testing and was subject to extreme cold, the polar opposite to Jester.
As such, he has severe frostbite on his ears, fingers and tail and is now absolutely intolerant of cold weather. He is very much a lover of the sun and tends to bask reptile-like when he can. He chain smokes, and is almost never seen without a cigarette in his hand or mouth, and he is also very comfortable with the idea of drugs.
Kyuss is lazy and he doesn't see why he should have to do anything he doesn't want to. And what he wants to do usually consists of eating, sleeping or charming females.
Most of the girls adore him because he's so charismatic and self confident.
But Kyuss is a true male rat and has no intentions of commitment; he sleeps with as many girls as he can, and most of them are queuing up for the opportunity.
He lives his life free and easy and does what he wants, when he wants. The girls all love him, the guys all want to be him.
He isn't the healthiest of rats, and suffers from re-occuring respiratory infections, and has a dodgy knee which occasionally causes him to limp, but he hides it well.
He and Jester had a restricted friendship back at the lab, and Kyuss has a soft spot for Jester. Now free of the lab, he has taken him under his wing and tries to improve his confidence but he tends to be a bad influence. Jester, however, looks up to Kyuss and trusts him unconditionally.
Despite his carefree and seemingly irresponsible attitude, Kyuss is a smart and friendly rat with a very good, if slightly sarcastic, sense of humour.
He is surprisingly well adjusted considering his earlier life, his only issues being an insatiable desire for tobacco and a habit of getting into fights.
But he is actually very immature, can sulk when he doesn't get his way and secretly craves a mother figure, though he'd never admit this.
But this doesn't mean that Kyuss is all light-hearted fun and games, he has his fair share of emotional scars from his lab days and misses his home in the desert. He just tends not to let others see this side of him because he feels uncomfortable and awkward talking about his emotions.

I think all my old refs will be redone. I feel my artistic skills have improved slightly since the last batch, and most of them have subtle changes so makes sense.
Im seriously considering removing Faith's dreadlocks, I can't justify them in any way really. I like the way they look, but they're a pain in the arse to draw and I have no answer when people ask how he got them.
I'll try him without them and see how he looks.
