Lifelong friend of Requiem, River is a panda who works as a nurse in the local hospital. She's shy about her partial-albinism, which gives her coat small splotches of white where black should be. Her hair always changes colors, but normally rotates back around to a simple rainbow pattern. She's married to Loupin Howler, a Mint-Blood security guard for Rosen Corps, the military hardwear designer run by Loki's father Odin.

River is softhearted, and will always put others before herself, for this reason, she normally is very sleepy, and spends long nights in the hospital, working overtime for a patient she just needs to see getting better.
