TERMS OF SERVICE

In commissioning me, I reserve all rights to the artwork: you may not edit, distribute, etc. without my permission. If you re-upload make sure you credit me. You reserve the right to only the intellectual properties of the character. If payment is not paid within three days your commission will be cancelled. I will notify you of the cancellation.

CONCERNS

> IT'S NOT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE - I haven't forgotten about you - it was probably just an easier commission order that I wanted to do first.

> YOU MUST PAY AT LEAST HALF BEFORE I START - This is just to protect me against scams and runaways. All previews given will be given in a compressed .jpg to double secure this.

> REFUNDS - If I have done more than half of the paid artwork, you cannot get a refund. I spend a lot of time on my art, and it both takes time out of my day and my family's day.

> AS A COMMISSIONER - You have absolutely no right to make any money/profit out of my work for commercial use. (Making merchandises and prints for you to sell) It is only for your personal use. You are not allowed to claim the commission as your own, change it nor edit or remove the watermark. You may resubmit your commission to your gallery or other media but I must be credited!

COPYRIGHTS

My work is under copyrights. I use the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License that means you can't use my work without written permission from me, you can not edit my work or claim it as your own.
If you see someone using my work anywhere on the internet, please contact me via Notes/PM and send me a link to this person. Thank you!
