Been meaning to make a custom Sylveon character for a long time and I finally made some time for it lately. It's Raveena, a gay little pokemon boy with powerful, mind-effecting fairy powers. Look too long into his eyes and you'll be head-over-heels for him, and you'll do whatever he wants.

Could not get the idea of him being a differently-abled character out of my head. Very rare in my repertoire of characters, rarer still that it's not done for fetish purposes. I'll have to give him a cooler prosthetic design later on.
