This was made... A little over a year ago. The sculpture is made of isomalt, and though this was a work-in-progress pic, it's one of the only pics I have left of it. I made this sculpture for my oldest brother's wedding, as a centerpiece. It turned out magnificently, considering that was my first year with any experience sculpting sugar.
