The shadowing certainly does seem set her into a readily apparent environment, I'll agree on that.
My one criticism--and I know this is just a doodle, but every bit helps, right?--is that her right (HER RIGHT) breast looks considerably larger than her left. You should try restricting the lower swell some more, so that they truly appear staggered by the way she's leaning her shoulders and not just grossly mismatched in size. I've done a lot of doodling and that's the best way I've found to balance them out.
In short: Make the part that's still in her shirt (hopefully, not for long though ) bulge less. Pull the fabric in.
