I hit an epiphany last night. An armored dinosaur/dragon that could lift up its individual plates like the doors on a nifty car or the compartment on space ships. It was genius!

Let's say this one can extend those plates and shoot electricity out of them. Or maybe he does it to look bigger, more intimidating. I even have this cool click sound in my head for when it happens.
