He's a Dragonborn who is inspired by Eastern Dragons more than Western. He acts as if he knows what he's doing with his confident attitude and quick thinking but in reality- he has no freaking idea oh lord. He is much more scholarly compared to the other Dragonborns though.
Also he has awful strength stats so he's basically a noodle.
