This is the Master Grade 1/100 GM Command (Colony Type). :) I got this one earlier this month, and I think it’s pretty neat. ^u^ A lot of people aren’t crazy about the GMs, but I actually like the simplicity of their design. Nothing too flashy, just the basic essentials needed for battle. I had a lot of fun working on this kit, and even customized it a little. :) I was originally just going to make the number on the shoulder and leg “03”, but then I randomly got the idea to make it “217” instead as a reference to my username here and on DeviantArt. :) Give it my own personal little touch, you know? ^u^

For those wondering, I did paint and panel line this kit. I tend to do that to a degree with most Gunpla I get. The paintwork needed on this kit is very minimal. The only parts that need paint to get them looking like they do on the box are the inside of the thrusters on the backpack, the vents on the front of the head and in the shoulders, and a tiny spot on the front and back of the shoulders. If you wanted to, you could paint the head camera I suppose, but I just went with the sticker for that. And then panel lining is very basic on this one. A lot of the spots that you would add panel lines to are points where pieces meet, so they actually already look panel lined. I still went ahead and did the panel lining though, because I’m just OCD about detailing. X)
