Just wanted to share a pic of my newest pet, and my newest foray into animal-keeping. Meet little Miss Cleo! She's a young Eastern Kingsnake. I hope to get a few more snakes eventually, but she's my very first ever reptile I've ever kept, and certainly the first snake I've ever handled. She's a temperamental little noodle, but I hope to solve that soon with some bigger meals and a smaller enclosure (I know that sounds counter-intuitive, but snakes actually feel more secure in smaller spaces). But yup! My little pet snek!

And sorry the pic is so horrible. It was only her second day under my ownership, I had just fed her, and I had to take the pic through her plastic tub.
