The creator of the beasts of Legend. She is known for not only her beauty but her fiery wrath. High in the tower this phoenix in the making made her home, until the Plague hit... almost devouring all life from the proud, and beautiful creature.

Is it truly infected? Or is there a hidden calmness within Ho-Oh's mind? Douglas, having ventured his way to the Brass Tower climbed the stairs to find Ho-Oh almost completely lost to the infection, and soon enough like Entei before her (Yes, her) Douglas took in the legendary as his plans for experimentation continued.

Ho-Oh herself was almost completely lost to the infection. Nothing more than a pile of bones, some flesh and feathers at the time of Douglas discovering her. And really, the eyes were almost a plea for death before he took her into his lair. Where he made her what she is now. Fully fleshed, feathered and just as destructive as those other legendaries.

However, there doesn't seem to be that inner turmoil as with Entei before her. She willingly obeys Douglas despite being infected still, without a cure the degradation will continue over time but with Douglas' help it is stopped. While she and Entei rush the lands in search of Zaetras for the Perfect Cure to this world.
