I love Ratigan's enraged and hammy expression, the epic billowing of his awesome cloak, and that striking pose of sheer power, rage and authority! He looks epic in your art style!
Professor Ratigan is certainly one of my top favorite animated villains, right next to Jenner and Cluny the Scourge! Out of curiosity, how much money would I need to throw at you to draw Cluny next??
