Sorry for the bad photo. I can't believe this thing took all night. Why am I so slow?
12"x12" canvas, acrylic paint/ink. I really need to practice painting.

Proving you have a distinctive style, I saw this in my inbox and before scrolling down to see your name, I knew you'd done it.
It's very graf, which I absolutely love. Makes me want to go put on some of the more colourful old Autechre tunes and go searching for graffiti photos.

Well, I'd say this definitely counts for something because I've been totally glazed over and inattentive for days. If this got through my impenetrable wall of fog, it means it was eye-catching, and if I pinned it as yours immediately, you definitely have a style.
God, I need caffeine so bad right now. As for the Autechre, I almost didn't put a link, then figured it might need some explaining. It's not the most colourful, but it's one of my favourites.

Oh man, that is the best thing I've heard about the music I listen to. And you know what? You're bang on. I think electroheads have a real love for all that is freaky and natural.
The main dude from Portishead did the soundtrack for a jumping spider documentary I saw back in 1999 called "Spiders From Mars," which I can't seem to locate anywhere now. The combination of glitchy trip-hop with amazing spider cinematography blew my mind. I haven't seen anything like it since. But 1st Avenue Machine seem to like splicing that sort of imagery with music of an electronic hip-hop or glitchy 'nature' (...no pun intended), and I hope they keep doing it.
Well spotted. :D Actually, I'd love to see a picture you've done that's inspired by what this music brings to your mind. That would be most satisfying, if you could just around that perfectionistic brick wall, of course.
