"The fun and playful creature was never seen as something of a threat. But, with abilities to learn almost every move and a true hidden power behind it was something more. And the once cute, and playful Mew was soon turned into a hideous monster."
Cute at first sight... until it tries to suck off your face with its tongue. Mew steals and absorbs the capabilities and life force of others by doing just that - witnesses have seen how this pokemon forcefully shoves its tongue down someone's throat while keeping his victim unable to move through its psychic powers. When it's done, the victim is nothing but a skinny sack of bones.
Mew can no longer see with its real eyes, radiation has turned them into lifeless orb surrounded by black. The other two eyes, though they look rather innocent, each have a purpose though. The one on Mew's head can see how radiated a person, item or place is - the brighter it is in Mew's vision, the more radiation there is. This comes in handy because radiation is like a healing drug to this pokemon.
The second eye on his tail tracks prey because it's able to see the aura of life force around each person. When prey is near, the tail opens and the eye sinks to the back as the teeth latch onto the victim to hold it.
