Rex. Hero of The UNSC, who wanted to see my Sela as a mind-enslaved, heavily body-enhanced member of the Fallout Enclave faction, which features heavily in his stories.
I don't play Fallout, so I did some research to make the armor and suit similar to what he wanted. Not my best work, but it works.
