They mostly just 50.50 with other factions, they goes undercover whenever some faction wants their heads and mostly get help by other races and groups of darkness, none ever found out whereabouts of the circle.
They are very interested in buying or trading in insane people or intelligence from hospitals, families, or institution, to further their understanding and experiments, extract and research magic.
The highest minds of this group is very unknown, some say its a beholder, other say its a just a human. most just says its a group of very intelligent races co-exists to make mightiest and cursed items the very minds ever heard of.

But they deliver mostly out the gruesome results of new magic, mostly killed or destroyed after, rarely brought by anyone.
