WHEW, my laptop recently stopped cooperating with photoshop which made me realize the thing is FIVE friggin' years old and it is beyond time for an upgrade. You're free to do whatever you want with the design once you purchase it, just don't resell it for more than you paid (unless it comes with additional art).
Small edits can be made free of charge and additional detail shots are $20 each if anyone is interested in a more comprehensive reference sheet.
