Woooo new character time! 8D

This is Eowyn who just so happens to be a cloud sprite. She normally stays in high in the sky amongst the clouds, and is able to transform into one as well, or mist, or wispies, a more human form like pictured here, or anything in between.

Eowyn's very skittish of others but likes children. She spends most of her time searching for lost balloons in the sky and trying to return them to their original owners. Such a good girl x3
