New character. Rei. He's a Otter Mechanic (Like... Auto Mechanic, but otter pun) that works on motorcycles. He stumbles upon Gizmo and Vixi while his twin sister (River) was moving into his house. He made a deal with the 2 gremlins that if they can ya know not blow up his shit, they can stay. Which both parties agreed (even though Gizmo was grumpy about it). So now Rei just juggles his mechanic job and keeping an eye on the gremlins. River knows about Gizmo and Vixi and helps them out with food and etc.
