Take into account the cost of material to make it, the amount you have made, and its durability: $2-$7 is my suggested opinion for the lowest range you could go based on what I can see.
As for headshots, that would be pretty cool. I don't know if you would be able to make customs at the con, but it would be ideal to consider taking them as custom orders as well. With them being customized it naturally would cost more, so it would benefit you. You could gauge interest with a promotion of the offer at the con and see how it goes
Also, I wish I could go back to MFM so I could get the chance to meet you in-person. Haven't been since 2010.
