Okay, so one of the main things I think a lot of my art needs is backgrounds be it simple ones or complicated ones, here was my first attempt at doing one of those with Meeko. I actually used colored pencils belive it or not to get his sort of children's storybook-esque feel to it. I think it came to pretty well, not too sure about the tree to be honest but hey, as I said it was just a simple little test.
