Depends on what you mean by modified? If you mean Emkay's arms, I like to image the answer is yes. I actually have a whole thing about it. Writing a story for this picture, and another one that's a smidgem ore serious, and an idea I really like is monsters being enhanced with robotic parts, and it's a positive situation where nothing goes wrong and the quality of life is improved.

If you mean fatties, of course. But Flowey deserves to be a fatso, so I get them the most. :P

I could talk about it with ya, if you wannt know my headcanons. Not too much of the main cast is changed, but I imagine lots of monsters and minor characters have benefits that need them. Like that mushroom in Temmie village has a super suit ala-Earthworm jim. Can't promise I'd get pics of all that, though, can only afford so much. ;w; But yeah, there's lots of little changes and a big fat backstory for why I think Flowey's that way.
