Another commish for my cousin. Of course, he wanted Kaiser Ghidorah in two different colors, akin to my Trendmasters Kaiju pieces. Gotta say, this was a fun challenge. I've been getting more comfortable making the flats have gradients to them. Adds more life to the figure.

I'll be honest, Kaiser Ghidorah isn't one of my favorite kaiju, but there is something charming about him. I certainly like how massive he is, and his heads being different designs is dynamic. Maybe it's the pantomime design of the suit used in FINAL WARS, but there is something horse-like about it, like he's the combination of a centaur and a pegasus, but shaped like a dragon.

At the very least, I've got a better appreciation for him.

And it just occurred to me that his second color scheme is almost reminiscent of Monster X. My cousin wanted him to be black, akin to the TM King Ghidorah piece, but I spiced it up with some "silver" areas to build a bit more of a separation between the two.
