In response to her vision, Celestus Arramore called forth emissaries from all three species to join her in council to deliberate on what to do.
After a lengthy discussion, Celestus decided to form a new station in order to combat threats which pose a danger to all species. Furthermore, this new position will be charged to oversee projects for the betterment of everyone.
Thus, the Triumvirate was created, consisting of:
Moloch, the Ancient Alchemist.
Aeling, the Cenebrian biologist
Ylthresar, the Dragon Mechanist.
