The Ref sheet for Elastiquine!

After signing up as a test subject for a study at the local university, Suba wandered into the wrong room in a restricted area where they were doing highly experimental testing. He got zapped. He looked, and people in lab coats started running at him. He struggled to get up, he felt like he was melting. He managed to get up, but his arm still lied on the floor, but yet still attached to his shoulder. He grabbed his arm with this other hand, and struggled to run away, legs feeling like rubber. He looked back as he jumped in his car, and drove away, afraid of getting arrested or tested on even more.

After getting home, he discovered that he had super stretchy powers. He was able to stretch impossibly long and in different shapes, inflate, flatten, and many other things. Many hijinks happen. He donned the Elastiquine hero persona, and helps people (and gets himself into embarrassing situations. *cough cough* taffy puller)
