Magic wings that is. All thanks to his book sprite Xander.

Originally for an episode idea, Cecil is a flightless dragon so Xander fixed that with a spell and a quick bit to draw blood. Now Cecil can common these wing when he wants.

This one took two weeks due to being at work I only worked on it when I was at lunch I never touched it again until the following week when I went back to work and at lunch.

I like using this style on my work so you will see it depending on the art pieces.
