Mount Arramore was situated in the Erafar continent and from the other side of Ephalon in the continent of Arack came forth a dragon of renown, Washu.

​These two dragons conversed at length hatching a mysterious plan which would have consequences for the future of Ephalon.
Celestus and Washu agreed to birth two children in the hopes of creating a new never before scene subspecies of dragon.

​Celestus having been recognised as a holy-dragon copulated with Washu, who himself gained the title of prismatic-dragon.
​From their union came forth two children, first Dragorax and later Selene. By all accounts, they appeared to be black dragons. Though somewhat rare in their own right neither held a candle to either parent.

Washu having held up his end of the bargain left Celestus to care for the two children alone.
