Spyke is holding Paco and J.V. has Ripper....they were born breech and the doc had to shove his arms up Red to pull em out....so the doc, Pinhead and the nurse had to pry Red's fingers from around Freddy's throat. After Red calmed down, she bawled and appologized to Freddy. (Who enjoyed it cuz she gave him lotsa kissies. xD)
