Here's the end of what I consider to be "Part 1" of Wolf Boy!
There are a lot of aspects I enjoy about these chapters (particularly the description of Nylca's dream in the cave), but there are other areas of the text and overall storyline that I feel I can strengthen when I do settle down to rework the story. I want to work on examining Nylca's reactions to her changes and giving her and Starlight a stronger dynamic together. In addition, I want to work on establishing more of Nylca's history with her family.
What many don't know is that this story actually haphazardly came about during last year when I was attempting to do a "365 Writing Challenge" where I wrote something every single day for a year. I actually ended up reaching 325 days in a row before I fell short of my goal right at the end. However, I saw its potential then and I hope to continue refining it so it can be the best story that it can be.

I'm beyond flattered by your comment. :) The book still has a bit of an indefinite timeline as I'm working on completing the first draft before giving it a healthy round of editing and then submitting it for either traditional or digital publication.
