Yep, the poor guy's completely out of breath...he's gonna need a moment to recover before he gets back to the usual were-business of stalking through dense forests at night and preying on small animals, campsite food storage containers, and any unguarded bags of junk food. XD

Love this. A long while back I had a character that looked very similar to this one that I also called a werebeast. The tail was more lizardlike, but otherwise the coincidence is pretty strong. I thought of them as chimeric creatures created by TF guilds to be used in competitions against each other.

I find it interesting since becoming such a beast like this would force a dramatic change in lifestyle upon the sufferer (beneficiary?). Mankind would react to him with far more alarm then they would if he was a well-groomed werewolf.

Pretty cool to see this monster of yours, and you did a good job on this sketch for sure. The anatomy looks great, and the beast's expression in both facial and body language give this image a boost in sophistication.

Thank you, I'm really glad you liked it! And yeah, one could only imagine the struggle a character like this would have to go through, especially if his transformation is something he can't control. I kinda imagine him becoming a park ranger type who lives out in the wilderness for long stretches of time with his pet dogs (who likely wouldn't care at all as long as he wasn't a threat to them).

Sometimes his hunger might get the best of him whenever the delicious scent of food from a nearby campsite reaches his nose, and he might try to scare them off or pull some prank so he can have their food to himself...(naturally, he feels awful about it later on, but a beast's gotta eat, y'know)...
