A reptile lab scientist is working on a way to improve day to day life for humans by understanding the nature of the snake's natural properties for every day use simple things like antivenom and domestication.

one day he and his pet snek are undergoing normal tests when his snake dumps the mass amounts of chemicals on the shelf above his desk. Alarmed the doctor stumbles back into the test cages the mix of hormones and venom running over his skin but before he can get up the enclosed animals start to bite him.

Much to his surprise, the mix of the active venom antivenom cancel out and the other chemicals began to undergo strong side effects as well.
Before he can get up he swears the bites are getting worse as he thinks the snakes are going to end up killing him. He tries to force them off only to fell them slithering under his skin the bites have been them fusing to his arms and legs giving him what seemed to be sails and claws. Now on his feet, he watches as the snakes finish his right side almost completely covered in his new transformations the last feelings are a pop in-between his shoulder blade as his loving pet slithers around him now his new tail leaving him to wonder how the other reptiles would add to his new found perfection.

This was a small idea I had for a Tf and I just used Keyn because I was a tad lazy.
