Confuzzled 2018 Roomsign
I was at Confuzzled this year (2018 for all you gallery surfers), and what an absolute blast it was, hanging with allsorts like

It had some good times with friends (and with food poisoning at some points, grumble). But thought I'd share the art I did for my roomsign this year.
I tried out a new painted style of art, and I think it turned out very well, while also attempting to match the shading styles of the artwork of Xenoblade Chronicles and Majora's mask. Due to being game themed at Confuzzled this year, I styled my two main suits, Zeydaan and Asriel after Shulk from Xenoblade and Young Link from Majora's mask respectively (which I actually have costumes for, will upload photos of them later).
I even tried to get the text close to the games logos as much as I could, I'm especially pleased with the Xenoblade Zeydaan one (protip, Helvetica Black Oblique, then remove some of the spacing, you're welcome).
The eagle eyed among you might also be able to see the third inspiration in this picture from the posing of the two. Comment below if you think you have an idea and... I dunno, you get an imaginary cookie.

I pre-purchased Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition a couple weeks ago and I plan to 100% the game. Shoutout to Chuggaaconroy for introducing me to this amazing game. Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition is coming out this Friday and my little brother’s birthday is on the same day.
