Okay, I'm curious. How did you get that effect?

I just google-imaged old frame templates for photoshop on Google Image and used several retro/grunge procedures I know on the photo itself. The out of focus and lights trails were there from the orignal photo, I really just altered the colors and found some grunge brushes that added that green on the corners you see. Then erased the bits that covered her face slightly and blammo! Instant old.
