People really like the whole Fusion thing I did a while ago and wanted to know what Adi would look like with them.

Honestly it's not so clear cut as this. When one first joins Adi's Amalgamation, the new arrival tends to influence a larger chunk of Adi's form, as they have a more independent sense of self that hasn't been relaxed and conditioned to "communal life". This results in what almost looks like a half and half effect of Adi x Guest.
Over time the features they bring to the mix will blend more seemlessly and become more subtle, as it becomes less Adi x Guest and more 20+ others x Guest, and most if not all of the new additions will become hidden, unless their identity/self comes more to the surface.

But excuse me babbling about lore and the pseudosciene of Adrian's Amalgamate bs.
