New badge experiment! Colored pencils and sharpie on a sheet of white shrink paper. After baking the white and glitter highlights and border were added (hard to see the glitter here) and then its got a coat of acrylic sealer over top. Badge is then linked up to one of those plastic shiny Mardi Gras type bead strands.
Had trouble guessing how much it would shrink so this one came out pretty big. In the future, I'm going to make the bust medallion about half this size so its more wearable-without-worry.

I get a kick out of all your experiments - the ways you make your art cards, key chains and badges more than just drawings on paper. It's like.. the art comes alive a little with the creative touches.
Also - shrink paper maaaaan the last time I saw that stuff I was a kid coloring ghost-buster cutouts on it. :D
