Here's a little something I did for a fellow who was feeling quite down, in ways I knew and understood way down to my core. Gift art is a rare thing for me to make, but this time was such a time. X3
Here we have a cuuuute pudgy little Pikachu of some fiery forme, sitting in Lazlow's lap. Lazlow holds his toys aloft, motionless against his paws, and whispers, "Put your arms behind your head, and waggle your feet~" The little mouse's head tingled and his body began moving against his very instincts, he was a surprisingly easy target for Lazlow's hypno-mojo.
Lazlow just loves hacking people's minds and making them exact their own torment~
